6. PIN number verification management restricts separation of the SIM card from its handset.
7. LACs and IP codes can be preset. The handset is able to automatically identify the codes when a
subscriber dials a number, so as to simplify operation.
8. A subscriber can set and modify parameters such as LAC and IP code of the wireless access phone by
means of DTMF signals of an ordinary telephone set.
